HOMELESS RUNWAY is an OOH media company. It places partner logos on garments worn across high-density urban zones — structured as a distributed media fleet, not individual deals or sponsorships. No partner controls a single asset. No asset carries one partner.

§ 02

Participant Support

20% of Series 001 partner allocation revenue is reserved for direct participant support.

Support may include participant compensation, essential goods, hygiene supplies, transport assistance, and field-level aid connected to the deployment. This is a structured operational commitment built into the revenue model — not a charity mechanism.

Support contributions and allocation revenue are tracked separately.

Series 001 Hong Kong

Series 001 is the first HOMELESS RUNWAY deployment — 100 verified media assets and 800 total placement slots across Hong Kong's highest-density pedestrian corridors.

Distributed Allocation

No partner owns a single asset. No asset carries one partner.

Every logo is spread across the full fleet — keeping the system multi-partner, balanced, and commercially defensible across every series.

Each partner may appear a maximum of one time per shirt.
Full-shirt takeovers are not available under any package.
Same-shirt clustering is not available.
All submissions reviewed before confirmation.

The Contradiction

Invisibility Is Lived.

Visibility is monetized globally while invisibility is lived locally.

Series 001 Partner Allocation Is Open.

Partner packages available now for Series 001 — Hong Kong. Allocation closes once the minimum threshold is reached. Production begins .
